Such an amazing story about two extraordinary people. And you tell it in such a compelling way Greg. Thank you for your careful research in bringing these stories to life.

You're welcome, Kelley. I'm glad you liked it. This one was really special to me. I know a lot of folks are familiar with Viktor Frankl, so I was most excited to introduce Regina who pretty much disappeared from history after the war. Fortunately, her story has resurfaced in recent times.

I hadn’t heard of Regina! What an inspiring story of giving people hope and agency even in an impossible situation.

I'm happy to introduce her to you. There's an interesting story about her that I didn't include here. Her family was very poor and had trouble getting a rabbi to say Kaddish after her father died. Apparently, this was one of the things that inspired her to be a rabbi. If so, she shared this with Howard Thurman who was inspired to pursue ministry by a poor experience around his father's funeral.

May their memory be a blessing indeed. Yet another amazing story of amazing lives that live on beyond their years. Thank you.

I actually thought of you when I wrote it. If Regina were here now, she would be thrilled to see all the women in ministry.
